Where is Fleurs et Sel™ located?

Our bakery is located at 5300 w Adams Blvd Suite 100 Los Angeles California 90016.

Where can I find the menu?

We invite you to join us for our weekly cookie drops — we select a curated selection of our favorite flavors and offer pick-up at our West Adams Bakery. We bake 3-4 days a week and our cookie menu rotates every week. We also invite you to walk-in and see what’s baking at the shoppe.

How can I order?

At this time, we are taking orders on a weekly basis via our weekly cookie drops. This is an easy way to pre-order cookies for pick-up at the bakery. We also welcome walk-in customers during business hours (no pre-order necessary).

How much do Fleurs et Sel cookies cost? Packaging?

Our signature size cookies range from $5.50 - $6 per cookie depending on the flavor profile and complexity. Half a dozen signature sized cookies starts at $33. Our mini cookies start at $4 each. Cookies for weekly orders and in-store orders are packaged in our standard Kraft brown packaging and/or a Kraft brown bakery sleeve.

Packaging for special orders? Are they individually wrapped?

For special orders we offer the possibility of individually wrapping the cookies in clear cellophane bags, wrapped with brown twine, and the option for customs stickers and more. If you’re interested in discussing custom packaging, please send us an email to info@fleursetsel.com

What days are you open and what are your hours?

We are currently open 3-4 days a week between Wednesday - Saturday. During the week, we are open for pick-up of pre-orders and walk-in business between 12-5PM. On Saturday, we are open from 10AM - 4PM (walk-ins only). Please check our home page and/or Instagram (@fleursetsel) for weekly updates as our days and hours are subject to change due to the nature of our small business.

Do you deliver?

At this time, we are pick-up only at our bakery in West Adams.

Do you ship?

Not just yet. However, we are working to find the best way to ship our products to ensure that our products remain fresh and of the highest quality.

What if I can’t pick up my order?

If you are unable to pick up your Cookie Drop pre-order and/or special order on your scheduled pick up day and time, it will be donated. You may not pick up your order the following day and we will not be able to issue you a refund, exchange or credit for your order. All orders are final and non-refundable. This policy extends to all corporate, catering and brand-partnership orders. No special accommodations or exceptions will be made for changes or cancellations for your order date.

Gluten Free? Vegan?

Unfortunately we do not offer any Vegan or Gluten Free options; however, it is a top priority of ours and we are working on it.

I want to order cookies for my PR boxes, Corporate office, Film/Television Crew, etc. How can I do this and what are my options for Brand Partnerships?

We have had the pleasure of working with a number of amazing brands on a local and national level. We would love to work with you! If you are interested in ordering cookies in quantities that exceed 6 dozen please send us a message and we will connect with you.

Are you an allergen free bakery? I’m allergic to nuts, eggs, gluten, etc.

All of our cookies are prepared in the same workspace and kitchen. While we try our absolute best to ensure that there is no cross contamination of ingredients, there is a chance of this. Some of our cookies contain peanuts, tree nuts, almond extract or may contain ingredients that have been processed or prepared in a kitchen with the presence of nuts and or their derivatives. Persons with severe nut allergies may want to refrain from enjoying our cookies & treats.

Allergy warning: eggs, milk, wheat, gluten, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy lecithin. We welcome questions about specific flavors and ingredients. Please send us an email to info@fleursetsel.com or ask an employee for further details.

How long do the cookies last? How can I keep them fresh?

Cookies are best enjoyed the same day that they are baked fresh; however, they may be stored in an airtight container for up to one week.The cookies are made with simple ingredients and zero preservatives. For optimal freshness and flavor, we recommend freezing any cookies you don’t plan to eat immediately. When ready to eat, simply heat your cookies in a 350F oven for 1-3 minutes until warm and gooey!!!
