WHERE DO I PICK UP MY COOKIE DROP PRE-ORDER

All cookie drop pre-orders will be available for pick-up at our bakery, located at 5300 W. Adams Blvd Suite #100 Los Angeles California 90016. All pre-orders must be picked up on the said order date and during business hours. Pre-Order is highly recommended due to our limited product availability. However, we invite customers to walk-in as well for in-store product offerings.

You can come pick up your order as early as 11AM & please have your order confirmation number & e-mail upon arrival.

PACKAGING

Please note that cookies will be packaged in a Kraft brown bakery box depending on the size and quantity of your order.

We hope you enjoy your cookies same-day or within 1-5 days for optimal freshness.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS PICK-UP OR CAN’T PICK UP MY ORDER?

If you are unable to pick up your Cookie Drop pre-order and/or special order on your scheduled pick up day and time, it will be donated. You may not pick up your order the following day and we will not be able to issue you a refund, exchange or credit for your order. All orders are final and non-refundable.
